A cancellation will only be accepted if our team has not started working on the project or if the assignment is stopped due to internal reasons. Requests made after this period or once work has begun will not be eligible.

  • Orders within India usually arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International orders typically take 15–20 business days, but delays may occur due to external factors.

  • A tracking number will be shared on request once the shipment is dispatched.
